Stamping

Horizontal transfer presses up to 5 and 6 stations and 800 ton capacity. Cutting capacity from 12 mm Ø to 42 mm Ø rolls; part length from 5 mm to 180 mm.

Threading

We have last generation threading machines, all included in a 100% automated and robotized plant. 

Auxiliary operations

We have nylon insert forming and assembly machines, thus offering a wider product range.

Verification & unit control

Parts are selected on a one-to-one basis by means of state-of-the-art artificial vision means.

Packaging & shipment

Our packaging line is fully automated, ensuring agility and rapidity in preparing our products for shipment.
